The office takes charge of the university annual budget and account, investigates internal auditing, and manages accountant personnel affairs and statistical business. The office mainly handled government appropriations from the year of its establishment in 1995 through 1998. Since 1999, the office accounting managing procedures has changed from government budgeting and accounting formation to the new formation managing the university’s nonprofit administration fund.
